AmeriSpec
AmeriSpec offers a variety of easy to implement solutions for many common business start up needs. These tools are one of the primary reasons to consider becoming a part of a franchise system. A franchise business is able to start more quickly and efficiently because vital programs necessary for a start up are ready for execution, versus needing to be developed.
Having a recognizable consumer product like the AmeriSpec Report is a key marketplace element that helps AmeriSpec owners differentiate themselves from the competition. Following a logical, well conceived business start up plan like the AmeriSpec Smart Start program gives AmeriSpec franchisees an advantage and helps them gain critical business momentum as soon as they are ready to handle it.
Additionally, you won't find home inspection specific, business management software tools, at your local computer software retailer. AmeriSpec has developed several proprietary software applications designed to aid in the scheduling, marketing, contact management, data collection and report generation functions. Few hopeful entreperneurs have the skills and capital necessary to successfully create their own applications to efficiently address these critical business functions.
Last, a plan to effectively reach and communicate with consumers via the internet can be both time consuming and costly. AmeriSpec provides both internet websites and an internal intranet site to facilitate utilization of the web as a business tool.
Training
AmeriSpec offers extensive training to its franchisee owners. Our initial training covers the technical, business management and technology aspects necessary to open and grow your home inspection franchise.
With a state-of-the-art training facility, the two week Management Institute, and the annual ongoing training support options, you'll discover the benefits of our experience.
Marketing
In 2002, CFI Group Worldwide was retained to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the AmeriSpec customer experience. In our Voice of the Customer Survey, all phases of our service delivery system were evaluated. This was accomplished by reviewing compiled data derived from recent AmeriSpec customers' actual service experiences.
One of the key findings revealed how customers actually learn about AmeriSpec. Since an inspection is closely aligned with a real estate transaction, the study found that brand awareness was reliant upon Realtor influence. 79% of all customers learned about AmeriSpec from their real estate agent. Additionally, only 15% of customers reported that the agent gave them only the inspector's name. The majority of customers were provided with both the AmeriSpec name and the name of the inspector.
The study also concluded that Realtors are an invaluable resource for building awareness and setting the stage for what to expect in a home inspection. AmeriSpec has incorporated the knowledge gained from this study into our National and Local marketing plans in order to maximize the effectiveness of the money and time spent on reaching customers.
